Just seen that his loan to Leeds has been confirmed, and in squad for Saturday. Would have liked to see him here above our medley of loan strikers. Could be tough for our defence coupled with McCormack.
Good point. Looks like a player who has struggled to make an impact at a few clubs but has undoubted talent. I hope he doesn't find his mojo this weekend.
Done pretty well during his last loan at Sheffield Wednesday- would rather him than any of our other on loan strikers
Better than any our our 12 loan forwards. A 1-0 Leeds win with wickham the scorer would be worth a fiver if I betted.
Well thats that then we might as well just hand the massive all 3 points, they have conor wickham we have no chance, ffs get a grip
Ive seen him play a lot this season at Weds. Been v good and i think he was hoping his loan would be extended there. A real danger and a good signing for MASSIVE Leeds
Now Man Utd's Jesse Lingard to Brighton for the rest of the season - our potential playoff contenders are strengthening their squads. Jesse Lingard: Brighton sign Manchester United striker on loan Brighton have agreed the signing of Manchester United striker Jesse Lingard on loan for the rest of the season. please log in to view this image The 21-year-old is yet to make his United debut, but scored six goals in 13 appearances during a loan spell at Birmingham earlier this season. England Under-21 international Lingard will be eligible for Saturday's trip to Millwall and for the Championship play-offs if Albion are involved. He previously spent time on loan at Leicester City. And Birmingham made an unsuccessful attempt to re-sign him during the January transfer window. http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/26371643
Why wouldn't they ? All clubs want to improve. Surely we have enough players, its application/effort and tactics that are holding us back, not lack of players ??
Not according to redknapp, football is just about buying better players instead of tactics/effort according to him.
Could you imagine any manager saying, no thanks, dont need another player ???? Might say it in the press, but all managers have scouts, and list of wanted players, potential acquisitions, or immediate needs. C'mon, dont believe Harry every said the effort of players is irrelevant ??? There was the interview with Green at the beginning of the season, talking about how hard he (and the squad) was training.
