Anyway: further developments. The pint-throwing incident which was taken off facebook appeared on Youtube yesterday, apparently. The thing that's really upsetting Cockney Roger is that during the row, Denice screamed at him that he was a '*****'. This in relation to Jill's accusation that he'd shagged his ex-girlfriend's daughter on New Year's Day. Said daughter is 32 That's why he didn't want it plastered all over the internet. The lad who put it on is going to get a ****ing good hiding

My bird tried to find it last night, putting an array of 'titles' into the Youtube search engine. She couldn't find it. May have already been taken off. I don't know how the ****ing thing works anyway

 

i think the better lesson is to have the person who put it up twice arrested for it. which is possible

 

This has actually been discussed, but since I have no exposure to the 'forums' in question, I don't know what is, or isn't against the law here Any input appreciated.

 

So how would it be possible to have someone arrested for posting a video on facebook/youtube?

 

Well if someone is doing something illegal in the video then its best not to post it anywhere on the internet because it can be used as evidence against the person who is breaking the law if charges are brought against him.

 

It's not what's going on in the video per se. I'm on about the actual posting of it on an internet forum.

Is all this the plot outline for an unpublished Jane Austen novel?

 

Not 100% sure about that one but id imagine the people in the video would have to press charges against the poster of the video on the grounds that they did not consent to being filmed and put on a social media site, if they wanted the video taken down all they would have to do is ask the social media site in question to take it down and it would be gone.
