No piss taking, no wumming. You all know that the ignominy of getting well-beaten at home by us will be too painful to bear, on top of everything else. However, the second leg against the Greeks may be the tipping point. Lose that at home and I think he will be gone.
Aye, but how will you guys cope with the ignominy of joining Crystal Palace as one of the only two teams we are going to beat this year?
I think u will win it one of the only things left this season which will appease your fans. It tends to happen like that to us. But if you were to lose to us followed by a defeat to the greeks, that may seriously be too much for the board, but as i said before i think it would be wrong to get rid of moyes.
If we lost to the scousers, the Glazers should get rid of him. **** the greek result. I couldn't give a ****. I know this is irrational but football is...
Can united afford to sack moyes after giving him a 6 year contract ?and How many millions would they have to write off if they do that, And then they will have to spend millions on the next manager and who i could not hazard a guess, I think he will be given another season myself and whether that is the right thing to do only time will tell.....
Can we get Ancelotti - did you just see the way those Real Madrid players harried and chased everything, every loose ball, every opposition player - right through the game regardless of when it was 0 - 0 or 6 -1............losing the ball isn't the big drama it seems to be for us, nor the bad cross or the mis-placed pass...its all taken in their stride and they immediately re-group and purposefully chase down the ball, rather than race around like headless chickens (Kagawa). Modric was particularly impressive.
He'd get a pay off but it's not law managers get their whole contract paid up. There is something calling 'doing your job', in the most basic terms. If he doesn't do it, and I think mid table ****e wasn't his remit, then the club are fully entitled to relieve him of his duties, regardless of the length of his contract.
Not strictly true that. It would depend on whether they installed any minimum performance requirements into the contract, if they did & he fell short then you're right, but if they didn't they'd have to pay up whatever notice period is in the deal. I doubt it'll be a full term payout, more likely a 12 or 18 month pay off. Which would be £5m - £7.5m. Still not bad for being a total **** up like...
