So lads and lasses.. when you go, or have been to a game at SJP.. where do you normally drink?

I like to go to Tilley's... then maybe number 9 bar... then up to Shark Club (nice ambience) and ending up in Terrace Bar (again, nice ambience).

When I had a season ticket, it was the shady pubs just over the river near the gateshead interchange, usually ending up at the Goose before the game. Love the Goose!

    P.s
There's a Shark Club sportsbar in Winnipeg (in the middle of the shopping mall) <laugh><laugh><laugh>

Made me think of you ;)

The Shark Club started in Vancouver and moved on from there. The Newcastle one is the first in England

After the Spurs game, the bus coming back was rerouted and I saw a lot of pubs I hadn't been in or seen before.

In the dark time of motorcycles, denim and leather it was the Haymarket, City Tavern, Farmers Rest and Percy, since the demise of many of these fine establishments it has been a meet up at the Centurian followed by Bodega, on European nights this included a stuff your face Chinese Banquet pre-match.

The Old George used to be a decent pub to go to for a drink any day of the week.

Old George Yard, Cloth Market, down the back lane in the heart of the Bigg Market.

Had the good fortune to have a pint with ACS at my regular haunt, The Star. Always a bus load from Peterlee in there.

Favourite pub was the Hodgsons Arms, knocked down a while ago now.......

We lost some really good posters after the GC invasion, a great pity.

I don't think he posts a great deal on there, mind you, I don't either. There's some good posters on there, but its quiet a lot of the time I think. As I say, I don't go on a lot though........ I do spend some time on the mackems board, debating I think is the word!
