Thats a bit harsh on Charlton fans. TV companies always dictate the schedules, which all to often gives no thought for fans at all. A sad reality of money dictating the modern game, unlikley to change anytime soon. Yet the reality is most of us enjoy watching from the comfort of home or the pub etc. Don't have an answer, most of us take part, yet let the powerful (as in many other aspects of life) dictate how we do so.

You, of all people, should have the nous to know that it doesn't matter which government, of which persuasion, is 'in power', the whole show is run (= mis-run) by the forces of global capitalism. It's 'the Market', stupid........
