I think we will have a decent transfer war chest in the Summer.

I think he's putting more pressure on Ashley to spend. By publicly stating we've gone two window without spending, having also sold Cabs, he's basically saying "Come on Mike, get yer cash oot!". Good on him.

18 months is a bit harsh though, as he had a nice little spending spree in the previous January, although he probably means 18 months by the time we get to the next window.

 

I think we will spend what we raise in the summer.
