He doesn't do the training, it wouldn't surprise me if he only good to London on match days.
Remember how the players perked up and said how good SMs training was? Is pretty obvious downes is a huge step backwards.

I haven't seen a single hint of training showing up on match days, Doyle's header is the only set piece I can remember scoring from. Most corners hit the first man and we look clueless in the final third, we actually look like we aren't allowed to enter the penalty area.

Watching MOTD last night - so many teams running at the goal in numbers - creating chances. We just don't seem to do that with any speed or urgency. I agree it's like there's a force field around the penalty area

Yes bring back the true RRRRRs. All players should take a loyalty test when they sign. Too many players over the last years could not give a toss about QPR.

Laudrup doesn't do training when it rains. London's a lot drier than Swansea so maybe?

Not at all. Taking employment with another club is necessary because he has a duty to mitigate his loss. Although the party who has breached the contract, is in principle liable for what is payable for the remainder, the victim always has a duty to take reasonable steps to mitigate. If he succeeds his future earnings are taken into account in assessing the compensation payable. If he fails to do so in an employment context the Court or Tribunal can reduce the period of loss to that which they consider would have been a reasonable time to find another job if he bothered to look. That is why these cases always settle. By the time the sacked manager has found another job the value of his claim often plummets thus making it easy for both to cut a deal.

Thanks Yorkshire, I get it. So both Malky and Laudrup are available, if they want. Not sure I want either, whoever the next Martinez is, let's have him and stick with him for 5 years.

Malky would be a much better option. He knows the league, got Cardiff up and just think he would be more of a 'QPR' man.Not sure about Laudrup. We need a Warnock type to come in and turn things round quickly.

IMO, changing managers now will mean that you won't go up this season.

However, if you were to get Laudrup and get rid of some of these OAPs you're carrying with huge wages then you'd have a huge chance next season.

ive had enough of short term fixes, I want to build a team that could get promoted and stay in the PL even if it takes 2 or 3 years

    As a supporter of a club who has done this;

    It's ****ing brilliant.

Find the right man and back him, it's the right thing to do.

Think this is not just about our team but relevant to all clubs, now. Each new generation of youngsters seem to care less for their club and more about themselves.
The care-factor dial just isn't registering with them nowadays. You get the odd one or two that are real decent but sadly, overall ............ very little.

On the downside, our team secured the services of mercenaries, who, like you said ............... really don't give a toss. Not a lot of difference between them and the next player ( as listed above )

Look at Rooney, couldn't give a toss whilst getting 200K a week so what, now he'll kiss his badge week in week out, cause he's getting 300K a week ............ I guess I would be kissing a lot more than my badge!

Get Solskjar in and give him time.

Just a thought, and I'll trhow it out there but I wonder if Gary Neville would ever consider it?
As much as we all hate him, if you listen to his opinions and commentary he certainly knows the game. And lets face it he's played for the best manager we've had in the prem. (God that hurt).

Any other possibles no matter how random...And dont say beckham !!

I was saying it from the start and being laughed at for wanting younger players instead of the oldest squad in the league.

More like Simpson, austin and Philips, less like Benayoun, Zamora, Johnson, Henry...I stop myself there as Id just name the rest of the squad.

Maybe but not many were speaking up and loads were saying "we need some more experience" which is unbelievable.
