The Chairboys travel to the West Country looking for their first back to back wins since October and after getting the monkey off their backs with that magnificent win against the league leaders, they will be looking for a repeat of the paint pot performance back in September. The West Country has been a happy hunting ground for the Chairboys in recent seasons but this time they must do so without Gary Doherty after the assault on him by the rugby player the Spireites played up front in the second half luckily Anthony Stewart is a more the adequate replacement but it does leave the bench light on defenders we could put another forward on it or hope we can bring in someone on an emergency loan how about Kortney Hause. Iâm looking for us to put all our resent bad luck behind us and to start climbing up the table. Keeping the faith.
im hopeful of a win here against a side with a home record even worse than ours (although that probably means were due to get battered!). hopefully gaz will know what went well on Saturday and stick with the same team, except Doherty of course but stewart is a ready made replacement. COYB!!!
Kortney Hause injured his knee playing for wolves under 21 side last week and damaged his knee and is out for the rest of the season.
Ingram, McCoy, Wood, Stewart, Johnson, Scowen, Arnold, Bloomfield, Kretzschmar, Cowan-Hall, Styche. tonights team with 4 changes, 3 of which are forced. still trying to work this formation out personally, think its a 4-1-3-2 but could just as easily be a 4-4-2 or 4-5-1 interesting subs bench as well - only 6 on there and 4 are strikers!
were winning 1-0 keep it up also looks like we picked the right time to play Chesterfield they are already 3-0 up
lets hope we can hold out for a win,i have lost count of how many late goals we have conceded this season
