I noticed that the resident village idiot who wrote that thread stating that Ozil was a bigger flop in his OP is now backtracking and saying that we'll get more out of Ozil than the Spuds will from Soldidlo. Presumably humiliated by seeing Soldildo spoon three open goals in a week, he's beginning to realise what a juggernaut crash of a thread that is.
Vertonghen has now joined the growing list of players who want out at Spurs. At the last count it was Holtby, Lamela, Capoue and Chadli who want to leave. I wouldn't be surprised to see a cut price return to Spain for Soldado too. It is a damning indictment on the huge amount of money they spent on these players. Clearly they didn't have a clue about how to play them or what system to play them in.
actually its all part of a very complex tax avoidance scheme like the ex-fat DJ Moyles was doing, except instead of buying crap second hand motors and then writing them off, Levy buys crap average unknown foreign players and then sells them again at massive loss as his club is a complete write off !!
He got lucky with the Bale money, but can you see Levy recouping anywhere near what he shelled out on the likes of Lamela and Soldado ? There's nearly 60m right there. One player who he might make a profit on is Lloris, who is another player added to the growing list of those who are considering dashing for the exit.
Apparently Giroud and Koscielny have encouraged Lloris to join Arsenal. Giroud said that his mate Hugo wanted to join Arsenal in the past. He'd give some stiff competition to Szczesny if he came to us and with Fabianski leaving in the summer, it might be time to welcome Lloris to the successful side of North London.
It's going to be enjoyable watching the mouthy yids sink next season. Relegation couldn't happen to a more deserving club.
I'd take loris as second choice keeper given flappy is off in the summer. Not sure he'd be happy as a second choice keeper though even with cl football
He's only calling him that after one of the Scousers did. You have to know when to concede defeat and I also noticed that he's backtracked on his claim about Ozil. Silly **** sets himself up for a pasting everytime
It would certainly push Szczesny, I'm not sure Lloris would be happy being second choice either. But at least he would get the chance to play Champions League football and taste the finer side of life in North London.
The only way I could see him being happy as second choice is if he was going to be starting cup games including the championship league, or at least x amount of games per season. It'd be a good step up for him though.
I was replying to post #2562 where there was no mention of Lloris you ****ing ginger haired hippy **** so **** off
Bit leary given the humiliation we bestowed upon your team at Anfield. I'd wind it in a bit if I was you before you make yourself look an even bigger mug. 5 we put past you in case you had forgotten. FIVE.
We can boast about our 5 CL/ECs. How about that for boasting, or, even, I saw a Goon lauding their 1 appearance in a CL final over a Spurs fan so, as a special treat, I'll throw in our 2 CL runners up/finalists too for a total of 7 CL finals to your 1. Howz that? Top boasting. So, when giving it the big'un to little old Spurs about Europe remember their are also teams whose record can make Arsenals look pathetic historically.
I'm sorry who the hell are you? Try actually making it into Europe again before trying to spout your little history lesson bullshit. Here's a fact for you: we knocked you out of your only realistic chance for a trophy with a team with our fringe players in it.
