Agreed. I think the animosity was there because a few were still sore about the way Nige left us. Nobody is bothered anymore like thanks to Brucey, and most look back at him in a good light, as they should. He stabilized our team and brought in a decent side for little money that had good foundations to build upon. I always respected Nige and what he did here, but still felt he was a twat due to how he left. Hasn't bothered me for a good while now though, not since Bruce came in.
That's the main focus of their abuse it seems. They seem to hate him for some reason. Sad people. As I said above, everyone with sense respects Nige, whereas they seem to suddenly forget he got them a top half finish which no other manager has done since God knows how long.
