Norwich had better get some points on the board very soon or i cant see them staying up looking at the last 4 fixtures they have. I would like to see them do it but i dont think they have enough in their locker to do it unless they can gain some consistency to follow on from today..

Phuck me.. how are you guys where you are in the league when you play like that?
Yeah, we scored 4 goals, but we've been doing that to most teams.
Keep going guys, PL needs teams like Swansea in the league, teams that "PLAY" football not Hoofball!
All the best for the rest of the season <ok>

It was a great game, you squeezed our midfield well and played some nice football to complement the hard work. Game of attackers, both defences were shakey, I think Rodgers was slow to reach tot he tactical shift after the 2nd by your manager. Most teams would have been looking to get to half time keeping it at 2 but you did the opposite and it put the pressure where we are weakest this season, the back line, when exposed as they were today they can be awful, Skrtel gets like his 4th OG I think maybe 5th this season and then practically scores another OG by hauling down Bony<doh> Johnson was awful too but our midfield couldn't tick with your lot in our faces and eventually Rodgers reacted with Allen and that extra man in the middle but even then.. Our attack bailed us out today. I thought Henderson really stepped up today, as did Studge though greedy late on. Suarez like him or lump him worked his socks off today though it meant a lot of ball chasing and runs for nothing as you broke up the midfield excellently for long spells, like us the back line let the team down.

I really thought you were gonna do us at 3 3.

Great game today, difference was Sturridge and Suarez. The pair of them are absolute class. It was great to see the Cop clapping Shelvey for his wonder goal. Was the Shelvey substitution planned or was he injured?

Apparently his thigh was a bit tight. Took off just in case.

Great to see him back and on form. 94% pass completion rate with some great balls into the box.

Agreed, nice to see. jonjo was pulled as a precaution for his hamstring I think, rather than an actual injury.

    Edit: See Jack Uzi's post!

Shame he had to go off, I thought he was really rattling them, Gerrard kept losing him. Onwards and upwards though!

So on balance this season .... we lost the game at home rather than being beaten by 'Pool (we basically gifted them two goals); and away, a little less sloppiness at key points and some sharper decision making and we could have taken at least a point perhaps 3.

    Shelvey - cracking goal today.

Where does this leave us for Thursday.

And Dai gets his cake and gets to eat it.
