I don't know many who said that about Rodgers, we were happy he refused on the first approach. We still rate him today. He will win you the title in the near future with your clubs fortune and reputation.
And it's why you could still be in a relegation battle THIS YEAR you weren't remotely ready for that dual commitment. Unlike you, you bitter so and so I hope you're not relegated I like how you play. Your owners seem to be as juvenile as some of your fans which won't help.....not pointing the finger at you at all there........
Yeah Project I remember a load of Liverpool fans given Rodgers **** last season, wondering why he was the manager of such a great club, see how quickly their tunes changed. Oh wait that is right, its not nice to judge all on the action of a few. But don't let that stop Dirtyfrank.
Who said anything about bitter, it was a piss take at the bitter replies on here from some of your lot. And we were just fine, we had a horrid run of games and were on course to still reach 40+ points for safety, the problem is, like some of ours, you look at the table in the basic view, rather than look at the games we have actually played, and have to come, we have the easiest run in on paper of any Prem team, when comparing the position of the opposition, I have never once been of the opinion that we were going to get dragged into the relegation dog fight.
If. I remember right there were some who said he was over his head, but weren't there a few of us who were saying Liverpool needed time like us to change to such a different system? I believe Liverpool's problems today were caused by us, and the difference with Napoli is Liverpool didn't crawl into their shell and defend on masse, hence we scored but Liverpool's class showed and they scored more.
I know, many of us knew BR would come good at Liverpool, many of us were saying to give him time to get his idea's across, but many Liverpool fans were baying for blood. Funny old world. I have been wanting BR to succeed from the start, as although Swansea are the club I support, I have a soft spot for Liverpool as I grew up with my father supporting them so always watch them when they are on tv, and always want them to win, apart from against us.
not sure if i was on here at the time and some of you lot said this, but i was told by some swans fans that you will love him and hate him in games, but when he gets it right he is a ruddy good manager, just need to give him time to get his ideas across and would he be given that. or some ****e like that any way, see what whoever said it meant as can be frustrating at times, but he learns quickly which is good to see
Ofcourse some of us were going to troll you, your club took the manager that got us in to the Premier League. We worshipped the man. And for taking him away from us we saw a chance to stick a boot in whilst you were in transition but we knew when (not if) your team clicks then he will make you great again.
Liverpool are not ready for that dual commitment either. Relegation battle next season for you guys then is it?
I don't disagree. A lot of us actually used your team (a technically gifted passing team comfortable on the ball and pass well from front to back) as an example of who would expose our set up. We were right.....a month ago. That's the problem you lot didn't see that discussion you just came on and mouthed in response to a few of us who were rightly stressed at our poor performance (no matter the cause) So....
The only way to view Swansea is by night and if it's not a very very dark night then it's a disgusting view - but I suppose it's home to you sheep shaggers
You are joking, right? You have many players to replace and as crazy as this sounds, your team Manchester United will be closer to 18th than this young Liverpool team that needs far, far, far, far, far less investment to build a title worthy team! How many signing do Liverpool need and how many do you need?
Quite right in the first sentence...again already stated by Liverpool fans on this board....months ago...Seriously U, you getting dementia?, your wum skills are really in decline. But unlike Swansea, we actually have the money and with CL the pull to bring in what's needed. Now, city money? No which means errors in the market could be costly but the right players will mean we can compete on both fronts. But you're not interested in that reasoned discussion are you U?
don't worry about him, his internet connection is likely to break at any moment do a spot the manc fan competition soon
About 15. You seem to think I mean all first teamers. They have a very thin squad and outside of 5 or 6 capable first teamers their squad is dross. I doubt few of the lfc fans wpuld disagree. Wouldnt worry about united either, one bad season in 20 isnt too bad. We need 2 or 3 signings. First teamers though rather than squad players. We have the depth but lack the quality in midfield.
But IF we qualify for the CL our owners will make sure next season we are ready, UIR you base everything on the workings of your club, wake up mate there's a new order in English football since Fergie retired and now Utd are just a top half of the table side. If I'm wrong prove it.
I am just suprised that given the rivalry a United fan would bother coming here for a wum given the circumstances!!!!
