Suarez might be trying that little bit too hard because he's having a mini drought at the moment. I'm sure once he get's one he'll get back to knocking them in on a regular basis again.

He has a different role now though so he's not going to be scoring at a goal a game and instead that's left to Sturridge to do. Suarez just needs to chip in with a goal every other game from now on if Sturridge continues his form. I'm sure if you look at the assists for Sturridge's goal, a lot of them would come from Suarez as well.

Random tweet on BBC Sport: 'Imagine how many goals Liverpool's attack would score against Liverpool's defence?'

I'm too lazy to read rest of thread but:

    Johnson > Cissoko

    Swansea played very well.
We were too cavalier at times.

N'Gog done more at Anfield than Aspas this season. Summer player swap? Bring back N'Gog...;)

Ref was to eager to blow whistle... ESP. In Swanseas favour.

Not happy we weren't sporting to give ball back to Swansea after injury.

Glad Hendo finally got goals he desereved.

    Can Studge win golden boot?

Penalty? Technically, yes but 97% of times ref wouldn't give one that soft.

Suarez shouldn't have won penalty either... but don't see the difference between soft challenge by Skrtel one end and soft challenge against Suarez.

Victor Moses would take more than 40 years to reach the promised land. He can't even find the net.

    Suarez a little wasteful today.

if wisdom comes back a good player, both Johnson and cissokho can **** off.

flanno and wisdom as backups to who ever either side would be good to see.

I'm not saying Johnson is good enough... or even good... but... I cringed less often than I would have had Cissy been playing.

The ref didn't make any huge mistakes. His biggest problem was blowing the whistle way too often when other refs would have let it go.

More punitive than he should have been.

He also gave more to Swansea than Liverpool... they will doubtlessly be happier with the ref than us.

Haven't read anything previously posted so appoligies.

Relieved at the result. The Ref was a disgrace. The score flattered Swansea - the header was deflected and the penalty was a joke. Suarez's claim wasn't a pen either.

Swansea played well and we were not able to impose ourselves because we were always outnumbered in midfield. It really was up to Rodgers to change the formation but he seemed to want a goal shootout.

Oh... and I don't think swansea goalie should have worn orange.

I don't think it impacted the game. But its close enough colour to red that theoretically a player could have seen it out corner of eye and mistook it.

Minor grievance, I admit, and probably didn't impact game but he should have worn a more distinct colour.

I thought it was a penalty personally. We've been lucky this season. Skrtel could've given away another 3 or 4 the same way. We've been saying it all season. He needs to learn how to mark someone without spooning them. Not to mention he was already on a yellow. Could've been worse.

Didn't think it was a freekick which lead to the equaliser though, but can't complain too much.
