It isn't. A national newspaper didn't print anything under the headline "The Truth" claiming Charlton had urinated on paramedics, or that he had been pick pocketing his dead team mates. Even after police reports had stated this was not a case, imagine if a high profile figure, like Brian Clough, had written this in his biography "I will always remain convinced that those Man Utd players who died were killed by other Man Utd players", you'd be angry, and rightly so.

So yeah, apart from that its EXACTLY the same situation.

Nobody's saying you shouldn't be angry about it. We're saying that scousers can never accept any blame for anything.

It's all a bit morbid, you're right, but we make far less fuss about two innocent fans who were savagely murdered 10 years ago than Man U do about players who were accidentally killed 50 years ago. That's not to do with a lack of respect, we just like to get on with it instead of creating an atmosphere of grieving.

Now come on. If I made a generalization earlier, you certainly just made a whopper right there!

I agree some can't, but not EVERYONE from Liverpool. I think most have acknowelgded (sp??) that we were partly to blame for Heysel, so I don't see the problem with that, I want examples of Liverpool fans not accepting blame for things, please
