With Scotland having a piss poor football league along with N Ireland and wales, is it time to have a league set up for these three small nations, after all they only have 4 or 5 half decent teams between them, and those would struggle in league two of the English leagues, yes i know Swansea have just been promoted to the EPL, but they won't be there long.
What would you call the league, and who do you think would dominate, i'd say Swansea would probably win the league on a regular basis, what do you guys think?

The scottish teams wouldnt be good enough for it so maybe just Wales and Ireland. Celtic and Rangers would really struggle in league 2 and thats a FACT!

I think you're right. The crowds would come flocking back. I'm bored of seeing Celtic play the likes of Kilmarnock and Dunfermline. Imagine the glamour of a midweek home game in February against TNS or Merthyr Tydfil.

It's what the fans want - when will the authorities listen to us? <grr>

Obvious and pathetic WUM attempt, but I'd actually like to see a Celtic competition of some description. It'd make a change from seeing the same teams over and over. Maybe it could replace the league cups of the member nations.

Serious thread my friend, those countries leagues are pony and a merger would help them out a lot with the football and financial aspect.
