Must be one of the most improved players in the Championship this season. Again today gave a MOTM winning performance capped with the first goal allright Ipswich were poor but these are the teams we have failed to put away in the past. Think also praise must be given to Jaff Schlupp who filled in at left back and also Marcin Wasieleski who is improving with every game, the only dissapoinment at the minute is Lloyd Dyer who seems to have gone off the boil.

Jamie Vardy's workrate never fails to amaze. He causes mayhem for defenders by simply not giving them a moments peace

If I could be arsed .. I'd try and find the post I made pre-season when I said that I hadn't given up on the lad and still thought he'd come good etc ... but that would just make me a clever know-it-all **** ... which you all know I'm not <laugh>

I thought Vardy would be used more as an impact sub nothing more. We all thought Nugent and Wood would be the main men

In fairness to Chris Wood it's Vardy keeping him out rather then Wood not being good enough

Wish I could get to see the boy play more often to see the difference from last season. My mate said he reminds him of a much quicker Dickov in terms of his tenacity and how he chases everything and never gives up. He is some player now and that 1 million we paid for him seems like peanuts.

Not that I want to see this happen, but how much would we get for him now if we cashed in ?

Prob 3-4m realistically, Ings, Rhodes and McCormack are hotter properties atm.

reminds me of frank large in the way his never give up attitude and dazzling pace force defenders to panic.

That was a cool finish against Ipswich .. a player full of confidence ... read the back pass and backed himself ... if that was Suarez we'd all be calling it 'clinical' ...
