It was a great start. That's why I always defended Laudrup. Pity he couldn't keep it up. Didn't have my doubts until the West Ham game and even then kept stumm and was waiting for the Cardiff game. I didn't want Laudrup to be sacked and said so when he was. So where you get this deluded idea that evereyone was lambasting him I do not know. I haven't said a single bad thing about him since he's gone either.
How do you keep up the pace of a gruelling " Christmas stretch " with half your regular starters missing and playing the best teams in the league . Because if someone can come up with an answer , he should be our manager
I have created a new thread for all these "form" managers to put their opinions to the test in regards to how they think we should be doing up until this point. Compared to how we actually got off, this way we get to see where they think we should pick up points or drop points, and see how much worse off ML was, to see if their claims of very poor form, stands up to their own opinions. After all, its easy to say we should have 32 points by now, but to do that may mean thinking we would have gotten 60 through the season so to speak. So would you be kind enough to give us your idea to get the ball rolling, and see if the likes of Phil, Jack and Dai will follow suit and see what they come up with.

I will be honest, I had no hope of getting you to actually back yourself up because you never ever do. Just like when you used to criticise ML's team selection, yet when asked what your best team was, it was always, its down to the manager to pick. Yet GM's team against Everton, you claimed, its the managers job to pick the team, and I will not criticise him for it. You change your tune like the weather mate, and run a mile when properly challenged. After all if you were smack bang on the money about the form this season, why not answer my topic properly with your expected points up until he got sacked, and til seasons end. But we both know you wont. Because your not as confident in your own tripe as you pretend to be.
