    I have just put in 5 minutes practice of "the maul" in front of the mirror.I do not know if I can look any camper.Still no harm in trying

    I think we will lose...Remy, Cisse, Shola, Benny, Marv, Colo and Debuchy and Santon. There will be interest in Tiote but think he will probably stay. Quite a hole in our resources to fill that is.

    Colo could well be going. Steven Taylor then gets another contract extension... it's like a new signing!

    Krul hasn't been playing well recently so I doubt there will be a great deal of interest in him. Same for Ben Arfa.

    Remy will get himself a bigger pay-day elsewhere but we could keep De Jong... like a new signing!

    I have this optimistic hope that we already have some free transfer and release clauses that will get us around 5 players on the cheap. I mean how else could we be happily left wanting? Ashley isn't THAT much of a fool and if kinnear was sacked on the basis he has left us like this then surely contingency plans are currenly being daubed somewhere. I dunno, i guess i just refuse to believe the worst, remember how we were after the carroll sale? Or the europa league summer-recruitment-dissapointment. We always survive sufficiently so, somehow, i feel we still will

    Well we've been strongly linked with two of those for ages so could well be part of our notorious waiting game that can last up to two years. Would further explain leaving ourselves in the lurch on striker and attacking mid options. The non-purchase loan on remy would actually make a lot more sense if we go for gomis this summer. I'm not a massive advocate of our pursuit of him but sod it, we need strikers!
