Anyone else that wants to take exception with Laudrup's brilliance for the first 27 games of the season, besides dai who is tongue tied and doesn 't really know how to defend his foolishness. On track for almost 50 points , 2nd round of Europa and into the 5th round of the FA Cup up till Dec 22 . FACTS !!

When everyone was lambasting Laudrup nobody called for it to stop , more hopped in on the belittlement train . Now that someone is defending him , with real facts I might add , everyone wants it to go away . OK . But there is a lot of ungratefulness toward Laudrup on this ****ing board , drives me crazy .
I for one of quite a few didn't hop on the band wagon ,belittling the man far from it ,but it's 3 weeks now so why beat yourself up .I'm sure the monetary compensation will go along way in reducing any 'hurt feelings' which Mr Laudrup maybe feeling right now and in a years time we'll be part of his history and he'll treat us as just that , a piece of his history .Good luck, best wishes and thanks for the memories .My last words on the subject .
On the old BBC 606 board Breezy, Lone Rangel put an article up a few years back suggesting that Monk was no longer up to it, and that we needed a replacement CB, you actually agreed, I on the other hand pointed out it was too early in the season, give him time? Like I've said many times over the years, Monk was never a gifted CB, but what he lacked in pace and ability, he made up for with his intelligent play, Garry Monk rarely got caught in possession, and that is how I have always viewed him. Of course Playing Monk at PL level was never going to work, as he very often struggled at Championship level, but it wasn't all his fault, being well past his prime at 33 or 34 years of age, most Jack's appreciate this, so do us a favour cut out the crap!.......................
