I think the departure of Steve Mclaren has had more of an impact than we could have imagined. It is no coincidence since he left and the shuffling around behind the scenes has seen our play, style and enthusiasm on the pitch fade with each game that is played. The team looked like they were treading water and had no fitness, edge or ideas and the approach play was good in patches but the majority of it was slow and allowed Charlton to rank up and defend well. A bright spark was Morrison and hope he gets up to match fitness soon..... if we lose putting it all on the line then fair enough but to lose with no fight etc is embarrassing.
