So. the League Cup Final effect strikes again. Nobody wants to get booked, nobody wants to risk injury, in fact nobody wants to do anything at all before next week. I paid a ludicrous amount of money for a Wembley ticket - I won't be so excited after that ****e.

I was there in 1985 when we lost to Norwich and, to be honest, it was very average and then we went down. I can see the same thing happening again but, as we're playing City, I can only hope for 'very average'. Based on today we can expect a thrashing of biblical proportions.
