I don't want to tempt fate, but I'd say were as good as 45 minutes away from survival.

I did like the way Jelavic went for the header and ended up scorpion kicking it into the back of his own head instead.

 

It's gonna be a long 45 minutes though, we could have conceded double figures that first half if Cardiff could actually take a decent shot. So many brilliant chances they've fumbled.

Fingers crossed they get a few and send us back to proper football.

 

The gaps so tight I think it'll be a few weeks yet before survival.

Two losses for us and two wins for someone else would see is drop right down

Two up front will only get better. Jelavic is a sharpshooter. He's just a little rusty. Long is such a good purchase. He creates more in terms of runs and assists than our last 6 strikers combined. I think the two together are a really neat partnership. And Sagbo brings an extra dimension with strength and hold up play.
