I was happy when Kebe signed, I'm not now, he's so lightweight, just doesn't seem bothered, useless, Stewart not much better, Austin needs dropping. and Peltier should never wear a Leeds shirt again Butland was our best player
Brian said in his pre match interview "we are going to go out and attack this game" Not a shot on target, would hate to see what would happen if we sat back. Our midfield was useless, what another shower of ****e.
Look at the positives - that keeper is brilliant. Hunt has probably played his last game for you - even more of a donkey than Smith. You can send Kebe back! The Cellino's were there and must have hated that hoofball system you play, so you will probably have a better manager next week
Ristac, to be fair to our midfield - there were 2 playing, & 2 spectating/losing the ball on the wings. And it's not for the first time since we signed our wingers. Well actually, it's every time they've played! So much for the season-long clamour for wingers - they've actually made us worse! I didn't think this was possible, but hey!, you learn something new every day.
If this has been the first game of the season I would have said we were watching the two teams favourite for relegation. We could have played for 180 minutes and nobody would have scored.
Austin and Murphy were awful as well mate, they were just made to look ever so slightly better because of how poor Stewart and Kebe are. I have said it before; If this is the quality Brian is signing then role on Cellino and let him be in charge of signing the players. When he sacks Brian (and he will) we will have another load of dead wood to shift.
Murphy is looking a better player now. He get's stuck in as well. I would certainly keep him ahead of Austin when the cull begins.
Why does Maccer wait till 10 mins from the end to make a sub?...Impressed with what Butland had to deal with. Poleom should have come on as well.
It's one thing that disappoints me about McD.....he doesn't seem to react to situations. Why would you keep Kebe on for 90 minutes playing like that. Why not bring Mowatt on or inject some pace into the game in Poleon knowing they were going for it at the other end. Is he too much of a thinker and not pro-active enough. He was accused of this at his last club. I will be honest and say we can find a better manager if we are going to splash the cash.
