yup fair play to the swans for giving it a go. I am hoping they just come a tiny bit flat after their efforts.
Swansea played fantastically well yesterday, so I hope that they are a bit tired for our game. If we score quickly, and put them under plenty of pressure early on (to stop them playing, and keep them chasing the ball!), then hopefully their Europa exploits will leave them more vulnerable in the latter stages of the match too. On another topic, what you reckon on the chances of Harry Potter's nemesis scoring against us on Sunday, lads?
if he does it'll be a shot from outside the box. shelvey and bony have a good dig on them. they can both score off being left space with a shot so our midfield has to close down... so in other words oh oh.
SaSaS is not getting dropped. we have to play to our strengths so the midfielders just need to go do their f'n jobs rather than drop one guy to counter another... tactically i'd go for playing positive and blame those picked for not doing the bascis than go negative and end up drawing.
Swansea should be tired after last night, combined with the fact that this Swansea team have lost their way this season - we should be winning. And as RHC says - Luis will be desperate to bag a goal.
ffs need to watch more of the youth games. name rings a bell, he the player other day where he was supposedly had other clubs sniffing around for the summer as contract runs out or something, or that another player? if so, well makes sense to see if he is worth extending his contract or not.
IMO there's no way he trained with firsts if he's f'ing off. it is a prerequisite to development that you are staying.... could be an inducement to get him to sign.. hey look at this all shiny.. this is your future bollox
If you're going to predict then do so about the forthcoming game and not one that has already been played. Oh and bye the way, you got the score wrong!!
Hoping Suarez/Sturridge really get at Chico Flores. He's awful when he's on edge. Complete liability.
