Very nice debut from American Girl in the maiden at Dundalk..more than nice. That read like a good maiden on paper.There were some likely sorts and the favourite brought some very good collateral form to the table,in the context of a Dundalk maiden,and was backed accordingly before being blown away. I must admit I'm not familiar with Willy Browne,the trainer,but more than interesting he's been sent a well bred Magnier filly..was she with someone else last year and proved difficult? Horse and handler worth keeping a close eye on.
