Word of warning, almonds make you put weight on. I've put five pounds on in two weeks.

Today, I won't be having any almonds for dinner. Tuna salad it is then. With some egg, kind of makes it a nicoise.

You're not wrong. I do prefer fresh hot pizza. But coming downstairs hungover and finding leftover pizza is a joy to behold.

The horrible french bitch in the office went to Iceland a couple of weeks back to see the northern lights. She's just admitted to eating whale while she was there. Is there anything those ****s won't lower themselves to?

Anyone notice they have been showing Champions league games on SkyOne, and know why........... Wednesday they had the Arsenal game and this Wednesday they are showing Madrid

 

I think I'll have a sardine salad and a boiled egg.

Had super porridge for breakfast. This entailed adding one banana and a handful of cranberries to porridge made with skimmed milk.
