Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwnnnnnn nnnnnnnnn!!!!!!!!!!! Get over it plastic. The guy maybe gone he is most certainly coming back to get a compensation deal from teh club, so it still is relevant. So we will discuss it. It has also given us such a negative look to outsiders, only have to look at comments from outside fans to have an idea of what others think about us. Yes it can be said that what do fans know, but then what do other clubs know, and if fans can think that about us, then so can other clubs, managers, players. So you can bet your money on this whole ML issue, which you keep trying to bury your head from by saying we should move on, is not over yet, and still affecting us as a club, and until its over with, we will continue to discuss it.
Laudrups biggest problem is he can't lie , bit of a danish thing , he would rather ridicule you with the truth . I for one thought if we finished ok he would stay for at another year and if he stayed another season , he may be here long term.
There are many here who still haven't gotten over Martinez and Rodgers!!! So not much hope of Laudrupgate being over in the foreseeable future.
Thats one sweeping statement.I doubt if there is a person in this world who has not told a lie. The issue here is that everyone is just believeing what ML has said. He may well be telling the truth. But, we just dont know that. Many of you are assuming it is HJ or the club who are to blame. As i have said before the truth IMO will be somewhere in the middle. I watched ML at the press conference and there is no dobt he was cribbing from a prepared statement or notes. Probably written by someone other than him. If he gets a payout from the club he will not be the first and he certainly wont be the last. We will have to wait and see which way this goes, but all the bickering and bitching wont change anything. About time we all started concentrating on what comes next. League fixtures and supporting our side, plus the easy task of knocking Napoli out of the EL. I have no doubt there are some out there who are desperate for GM to fail. so they can have another go at the board and the club. I thank ML for all he did for us and last season was one of the best i have ever experienced as a supporter. But thanks and we move on. No doubt we will be discussing our next manger in a few mnths time and forgotten all about this. My last thing on this and i very rarely criticise our club. But if he was sacked by email that is quite a cowardly act.
I think the bigger issue is everyone taking Huw and the boards word for things when it clearly don't look very good for them.

I want the truth to be Laudrup in the absolute wrong ( no matter how much I respect him) , gets no money, we go on to win the Europa ,we stay up , Monk keeps his job , Laudrup gets a super job , players stay , new ones want to come in. The only two of those I would put money on though is Laudrups new job and staying up fankly
That is your opinion. I just hope that you never sit on a jury as you have decided who is in the right and who is wrong without being in possession of all the facts. By the way i doubt whether any of us ultimately will. Just wait and see what transpires. It may well be you are right but we have to wait and judge no one before we are actually in possession of all the information.
Excellent summation, Liberty. If Laudrup had to go, so be it, but our club's action in the humiliating way of dismissal was so cheap, petty and cowardly, it beggared belief. Small minded men indeed. Notable people in football are shaking their heads with disbelief. It makes us seem so small time and out of our depth.
May he perhaps be suffering from depression? Cuts a tragic figure sometimes and show symptoms e.g. losing interest in things, not turning up with no explanation. Sacking by e-mail and not letting him say goodbye can't have helped. Shabby if true. Sincerely hope everything works out for him. After all, he gave us our greatest season and brought in some great players.

Laudrup was making a fool out of our club for well over a year. He has form doing it at other clubs also and he is being chased up for tax evasion. so don't paint up laudrup as being squeaky clean as he is far from it. He had enough warnings about his behavior of not attending meetings or even worst training sessions. Everyone has met someone like laudrup in their life time who is a master of manipulating the truth and as far as i am concerned he got himself sacked for not doing his job properly...He will never get what he is asking for in a million years and he knows it....He is still conning some fans today and you have to be very good at what you do to do that, or the fans are so gullible they cant see it... Nobody gets the sack for no reason and there was plenty of reasons a i have mentioned many times...

I'm basing my opinion on integrity , danish people have a lot of it in general I know quite a few . Danish people, in general , have trouble lying . Of course some do , less than other nationalities from my observation . Apart from the fact he's danish , Laudrup seems to be a truely honorable and straight forward man . Some of us had to go 10 days or so listening to people call heresay the truth against Laudrup with many people jumping on the bandwagon . Laudrup finally announces he wants to hold a press conference and suddenly , the bandwagon wants to move on . Some might want to pretend this is all "Monks " doing , and look foolish stating it , but some of us know this is Laudrups team till seasons end , but pretend all you must .
I heard that the compo package that laudrup would be entitled to only gets triggered if we replace him with a new manager from outside the club. We havent done either as monk has been installed as head coach with alan curtis working along side him, could it be that laudrup is proper pissed at this as he is missing out on a proposed 4.5 mill package

Cant you see the difference in results or are you blind....Monks team is the exact same team that laudrup had so how do you account the fact that monk can get the team motivated and play really good football and laudrup couldn't......I know fully well why as i have been banging on about it for over a year but you dont see the difference......It was never the players it was the negative football and lack of game plan by laudrup was the problem and always have been....This is no way a laudrups team anymore, This is monks team...

Hmm,this doesn't sound quite right to me. So how would it work in reality? Swansea City replace Laudrup with Garry Monk,he stays in post for a short period,so no money for Laudrup? Monk is then replaced by someone else from outside the Club,and still no money for Laudrup?
