This American competition is going to be very strange. Including us many of our players will be on vacation following appearances in the World Cup. So our sides will be mostly based on squad players and new recruits.
Emailed lfc asking if I could be put on notification list if tickets went on sale. No luck. They said I had to check the website frequently to look for updates.

6 o'clock eastern or GMT? Where do we find out. Don't want to miss once in lifetime chance to see Allen, Cissoko and Aspas playing in Charlotte if its really coming so close to me.
Think it is 6 over the pond. Should be any minute now. Got the twitter up as well. It sounds like they will be staying on the east. I would go with Toronto, Miami, and one of NY/Michigan/Philly something like that.

#LFC will be touring New York, Charlotte & Chicago in this Summer's US Tour Chicago is the closest to me ( atm) but need to see the dates of the games and what I have going on. Chi-town is like 4 hours, not bad.
The Reds toured North America in Brendan Rodgers’ first season in charge and will return to the United States in July as part of their preparations for the new season with mouthwatering fixtures lined up against three teams that are no strangers to Liverpool fans. Greek giants Olympiacos – visitors to Anfield last August for Steven Gerrard’s testimonial - will form the opposition in Chicago on July 27th. The match, which kicks off at 5pm CST, will be hosted at Soldier Field Stadium. From Chicago, the team will fly to New York for a game against Barclays Premier League rivals Manchester City at the Yankee Stadium in the Bronx on July 30th. The game, Liverpool’s first in New York for 10 years, will kick off at 7pm EST. Liverpool’s final group game will see a re-run of the 2005 and 2007 Champions League finals with the Reds taking on AC Milan in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Italians were famously beaten on penalties in Istanbul in 2005 before exacting revenge in Athens two years later when the two teams once again met in the final. Kick-off at the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte is scheduled for 6.30pm EST. (MILK may have just exploded) Should Liverpool top Group B after three games, the Reds will travel to Miami to contest the final of the International Champions Cup at the Sun Life Stadium on August 4th against either Inter Milan, Manchester United, Real Madrid or AS Roma. Tickets go on pre-sale to Official LFC Supporters’ Clubs and LFC Official Members from 1pm EST (6pm GMT) on Thursday, February 20 until 10am EST (3pm GMT) on Saturday, February 22. Tickets then go on general sale on Saturday, February 22 at 10am EST (3pm GMT). Details for the game against Manchester City in New York will be confirmed in March. Please stay tuned to www.lfctour.com for further details. Please note: Liverpool FC’s participation in the 2014 International Champions Cup will be dependent on the games not impacting on any potential European qualification matches. I will be pretty much done with all camps and right before the fall season starts with college and club. Perfect timing and will have some coin saved up at that point too.
Tickets go on sale to general public this weekend. Woo hoo! Against AC Milan... I'll be there wearing my 2005 Cl win commemorative top.
