No negativity from me , I've already stated we will win . Still can't beieve that we played such a weak team for such a ,as you said , important FA Cup game. I feel the same way buddy , great minds eh.

All you've done it criticise Huw Jenkins' decisions and the decisions of GM. Whilst stating Wilfried WILL leave us (He might!) that's not being negative is it?

I didn't say that though did I 'buddy'? I said quite the opposite.

Mind you, it would had been an important game IF we weren't playing Napoli in the Europa League, were more comfortable in 'EPL' and had a bigger squad.

    But we are/aren't/don't. <ok>

We might not get many opportunities to play the likes of Napoli again, the club of Diego Maradona. <ok>

Well didn't you say "7 important games " , one of them is the Everton game isn't it ? How do you justify such a weak team , for the important Everton game , or is not important anymore .

No I didn't I said there was 7 games coming up, many of which were important, a crucial run of fixtures with Everton being at the bottom of the list.

I justify the 'weak team' because it was our lowest priority fixture and it would had been discussed between GM + the board, fact. <ok>

P.s - That weak team put in a brilliant account of themselves for 60 minutes.

NOT. Given our schedule I'd had preferred we lost than drawn the game. Ok? <ok>

Now can you justify why you think HJ is a bad chairman and why ML should had stayed?

So 6 out of 7 important games then . Jenkins WAS a great chairman till he fired Laudrups agent ., the agent I believe that helped bring in Michu , Chico , Pozuelo , Canas for under 4 million . From that firing of the agent , till the West Ham loss , Jenkins did all he could to be as little help to Laudrup , not a strong trait for a chairman in such a big season . Laudrup should have stayed because he earned it , simple. One think about Laudrup that makes this whole thing easy to figure out is Laudrup can't lie , it just isn't in him .

Michael Laudrup made some fantastic signings mate. No question about it.

Like I said, IMO it was the best aspect of his management. <ok>

Apologies for the personal attacks BUT the people at the club LOVE Swansea City FC and their track record suggests they know what's best. Just acknowledge that. <ok>

Huw Jenkins is NOT a 'bad person' or egotistical. And even if he himself didn't like him the board (Who are also all fans) could had overruled him if they believed it to be the correct decision.

Never said GM was THE #1 man for the job b ut I'm supporting him, he knows his football (And conditioning, allegedly) BUT Michael Laudrup had to go, regardless of if you, I or any SCFC supporter thought he was doing a good job or not. If you read the tabloids, all undenied by the hierarchy at the club.

Sh!t training methods? Rumours of discontent? Dodgy team selections?

Well I'm sure MOST SCFC fans were all reading about these, despite the fact the tabloids talk crap some of it is also true AND none of this ever came out under previous managers. Had it been not true, in the opinion of HJ/the board, they would had called a press conference to deny it ASAP.

Reading between the many lines there was a massive break down between ML + the hierarchy, therefore ML had to go. <ok>

Right lads, topic cleaned, less of the personal insults please,

    That goes for:
    Roofjack
    Kieran
    YankeeJack

I know there is a split camp in regards to ML and the sacking, and I am all for some good natured heated debate, but try not to let it get into personal insults. I love a good debate, and love it when it gets a bit heated and fiery, but I do attempt not to insult (not always successful I might add). But at the end of the day we all love the same club, doesn't matter whether your local and can go watch the games, or in another country, we all love this club just the same.

Well said. It's getting so personal lately, I'm not a fan of it.

The FA cup is the most important cup game in the domestic calendar for every team at the start of the season but as the rounds go by and the season gets to 3/4 through then depending where you are in the league points wise it becomes more important or in our case less important and that is the way its viewed at the club......As regards to Europe then teams of our nature rarely participate and its a bonus and an honour to represent your country ( :emoticon-0114-dull: england) but the same thought will be in the clubs mind whether we can risk playing a full strength side with it being so close to an important league game where we are desperate for points to get us safe....I dont have a clue what monk will do but my inkling is he wont play our strongest side for the whole game but will use the subs and take key players off if he thinks its to rough and vice versa send on key players if the ref is seen to be in full control of the game.....But really i dont know what his plans are but will support any decision he makes...

I want Swansea to win tomorrow but not at the expense of possible injuries. If Monk picks a similar side to Sunday, but uses his subs a little better, I'd be ok with that. Sunday was just a little shocking, especially when Lita came on...that was taking it too far IMO, and seemed like we were blatantly throwing the game; not a good thing to do.

Anyway, PL is our priority. Lets see how Monk manages the game tomorrow.

I wonder if we've had to reduce the amount of training sessions just in case of an injury , we seemed to pick up a lot recently or will that change now we've sent to old Oscar to the stands

I'm confused. That possibly applies to Laudrup, but Rodgers and Martinez were not "foreign managers who happen to have done an excellent job" being given shoddy treatment - with Sousa I guess it's more debatable.
