    Obviously today will no doubt be filled with talk of fixtures and prediction league servers collapsing but yesterday there were a few rumours out that i wondered if anyone had any more on?

    1) Apparently Barnetta was holed up at Jesmond Dene House last night waiting to complete his move here?

    2) Mark Douglas reported a 'shock' exit, but of the Ranger calibre, not the Enrique calibre. I assumed it was Guthrie but reports now say Best, anyone any clearer?

    I asked about this earlier, anyone know if it's true? I may ring Jesmond Dene House and ask to speak to Mr Barnetta, see what they say.

    You'd have thought they'd have let Mr Ashley speak to the footballer staying in their hotel but apparently not.
