Also, I only ever post when I've had junk food or a over-sized meal. You'll not see me put "just had some pasta" even though I do fairly often for example. I also take the piss when you guys talk about veg but I always have plenty of green beans, carrots, brocolli, peas, etc. Very rare I touch salad though, usually just on home made burgers.
I've never ever had a Red Bull type energy drink. Not once in my life. Price and calories always been off putting. Plus, caffeine doesn't do anything for me so no point.
Some people are twats too I meant better than chippy, McDonalds, KFC, pizza, chinese, etc which many of you would think I live on considering what I post
Have you ever considered having a sweet and sour, hamburger and fried chicken pizza with a side of chips?
You don't have to have an addictive personality to be addicted to something - it's a natural bodily process. If your body is doing without something it's used to getting like chocolate, sugar, caffeine, fat ... it will respond and react when that substance is reduced or denied. If you stopped eating all sugars for instance, and you don't feel any change in your body, then something's amiss. I can't recall seeing canned lucozade - bottled orange my fave I used to invigilate exams at uni - every other desk had a bottle of lucozade on - brain power!
Cucumber salad and Rotissiere chicken on this warm 50 degree weather! Although with all the ice melting and thunderstorms tomorrow, tons of flooding due.
I'm one of those people who probably drinks too much of the energy drinks! Trying to wake up for lectures usually involves either coffee or the sugar-free Relentless. No idea why I buy the sugar free one as it's probably as unhealthy for you! I have cut back though as they aren't too good for you and quite expensive. Sticking to coffee made at home and put in a thermal mug! #jobdone
i used to take pro plus, it was to watch the wwf that used to be on years ago between 1-4 am (ppv), how sad i was lol. still got to work for 8am as well which was surprising, but lot younger back then and your body can take it more.
I can still do all-nighters and get through the night and the next day but i'm a mess by about 4PM! Prefer having some sleep! I took the Lucozade tablets once (http://www.lloydspharmacy.com/en/lucozade-energy-original-glucose-tablets-49g-10327) and they were horrific. Completely disagreed with me and had the worst headache for about 12 hours after. F**k going near anything like that again! I'll stick to coffee and the occasional energy drink!
