It's OK having all that PL experience in the squad but they're in the Championship. Maybe Redknapp should have bought himself a handful of seasoned Championship pros that won't think they're too good to travel to places like Donny, Yeovil and Barnsley.
You mean like Warnock did? It was people exactly like Derry, Hill, Kenny etc who were the main drivers behind their promotion.
They were very poor against Reading recently. No obvious desire, discipline or quality. No answers from Redknapp either. I think he thought it would be a stroll, with their squad and the finances. He looks rather foolish at the moment, and shown up if I'm honest.
If it was anyone else there would be a media witchhunt slating him for having a squad with an enormous wage bill who are ****e. What has he got over the media that makes him immune?
I detest Redknapp but reckon they will still squeeze back into the premier league. Everyone said this about Fat Sam and WHam a couple of season ago. Happy to be proved wrong mind.
