So you've just admitted that these people do not care about the reputation of Celtic FC. They only care about their own political viewpoints.

That's that sorted then. FAC aren't actually Fans Against Criminalisation but Fannies Against Criminalisation.

Or, and its a bit of a crazy suggestion, so bear with me

They could grow up. Stop singing stuff that COULD be offensive to others and support the team that they are supposed to be there to support

Then go to the pub and sing til their hearts are content and not get the club they proclaim to support in trouble

It would also lead to no, or very few Celtic fans being arrested. Going by your logic the same number of Rangers fans as before would be arrested for their behaviour. And this in turn would make our club look even better <ok>

Instead lets sing more and more offensive songs = get arrested = charges = convictions = law makers look like they have done the right thing by passing the law in the first place as its getting results

If you are happy for those causing offence to be arrested then go report Frankie Boyle...its your duty as a real Celtic fan

As far as i know his jokes have never got Celtic FC into trouble. The offensive singing/banners of a section of the Celtic support have done

It's a very good idea, but making those fans pharias to the law has burnt that bridge

So instead of doing something you think may actually be the right thing to do (as well as the best thing for the club) you think we should do what the lady - Graham was it? - wants by singing more of these things and getting more arrests and making her look like she was right?

I didn't mention the clubs reputation so this is a bit of a #Mindyfail for you

Remember, if we always did what the club said, to be 'real Celtic fans', there would be no Celtic, no Fergus McCann

So is it the offence or the trouble that bothers you?

I dont care about you or the GB, or well anyone outwith my family on a personal level. So I dont necessarily care if you, or Frankie Boyle chose to sdo something to offend people (unless its me you are offending). I'm not offended at all by the songs. I quite like Roll of Honour. Its a bit tame really. But I can see how others could be offended. So I chose not to do something that could offend others.

I do care about the football club. And I certainly wouldnt do something that could affect the club from a negative point, nor something that could affect anothers enjoyment of the club. I would expect my fellow fans to reciprocate (sp - cant be bothered spell checking). The club is open to all, we should respect others. I respect your opinion on this - and Rebels, I just think you should keep it away from the football when it can harm the club.

There are better arenas to get political change if thats your preferred outcome

I don't want fans who sing these songs to be criminals, so sit in remand for 6 weeks while people who injure children get bail

I have no issue if fans choose to stop singing

I would be disappointed, but understanding if Celtic chose to shut down stands to stop the singing

I would be happy to hear the 'real fans' outsing the 'wee fannies who don't care about Celtic yet attend every game, run charity events and make no money from their tifo'

But no...I have to have arguments about an unjust law with people who think it is ok JUST because of who it is aimed at

Firstly why cant the wee fanies just sing about football - then the others may join in more often and make it even better. The atmosphere the GB generate is amazing. I'd imagine it would be equally as good with football only songs.

The good they do should be praised. But just becasue they do a lot of good doesnt mean they should hold the club to ransom or get away with the bad

Secondly its not who the law is aimed at that I care about. Its the fact the acts they get in trouble for are not directly necessary to support the club. Can easily be avoided

I just think they should be the bigger people here and move on. See what the powers that be do then. Their reaction to that may be better than confrontation IMO

Who says they should go to prison? If they stop being ****s they will not even be charged/arrested in the first place let alone actually face prison.
