More Rangers fans have been charged under this law than Celtic fans. FACT.

Not one which FAC will acknowledge though, and to be fair I would expect no less from them.

Their response will be those Rangers fans would have been arrested anyway. But fewer Celtic fans would have been.

Their point will be based on the fact that technically the things they do are non sectarian. This is where the issue lies to me

Its whether just because its non sectarian it should be allowed. A law of its own to stop it is harsh - but the law was only needed because they wouldnt stop of their own accord

    This <ok>

The bill was created as an offensive (1) to reduce offensive (2) behaviour by offensive (3) individuals.

    1. An organised campaign
    2. Behaviour that may cause resentment
    3. Smelly & repulsive

You've got it Anp, their whole argument is that they (The Celtic fans behind this) are different because their songs are not 'sectarian', and they refuse to accept that some of their songs are 'offensive', the logic being that if it's not sectarian than it cannot be offensive.

    Dear God

More Rangers fans were arrested BEFORE this act

Christine Graham wanted it to be used to even up arrests, therefore its been used to target a group of Celtic fans who were not being arrested previously

It only proves Sevco have a higher amount of arseholes in their support

It's true, huffing paint thinner while pregnant can cause birth defects.

You've just defeated your own argument, more Rangers fans arrested before AND after the act. <laugh>

    No it isn't

The logic is that just because it is offensive doesnt mean you should go to prison for it

The political argument is being used to show the hypocrisy of the people who pushed through the bill

So these numbskulls are dragging Celtic FC through the mud in order to prove a point, in a way that is entirely ******ed, all the while claiming to be die-hard fans? <laugh>

This is even funnier than reading the ****e Rebel spews.

Firstly I'd have thought the main punishments dished out will not be prison. Yes that is one of the penalties available but its also one of the penalties available for speeding. The reality is most people get a fine/warning/slap on the wrists

Now why shouldnt you get in trouble if you are continually conducting offensive behaviour just because you are at the football?

Not what you said though is it Dev?

    You are at it man.

Enjoy this "what they might say" or what they "might think" ****e.

You were manipulating the posters on this board to believe something that isn't true.

So batter on. There's loads in there that you are knowingly lying about.

I'm sorry i commented at all.

Getting lifted by the polis, being reviled in national media outlets and causing embarrassment to your fellow supporters. I not sure what point they are attempting to make but the one they're getting across is "Duuuuuurrrrnnnhhhh, we are utter ****ing spastics"
