I'd love us to thump them for their crap football, crap underhanded manager, disgusting captain and the glory hunter bandwagon fans that must all be either in their 60s or older or paying tribute to the legend that is Mathew Upson. Really really want to win this one..........

..........but for once it will be the usual ****fest that is a West Ham game. Stop start hoof hoof foul dive niggle moan moan moan. 100 minutes of complete anti football that we will lose 1-0 to a penalty when Carroll is adjudged to be knocked over by a bubble that appeared to be red (or black if that be the case.)

Here's hoping that we can actually see fookin ball in the sky through all the bloody washing up liquid spheres.

Well shows how much you keep up to date with the news Carroll is on a ban ( last match of 3)

And I would say the fans are some of the best in the country if you discount the odd ICF wannabe LOL

he'll find a way. Can we have Trixter unbanned to tell us how glorious the Hammers play before and after the evidence contradicts it. I will then try to keep things quiet and hope my son doesn't insist on viewing the game. He is young and still learning the game so Trixter's view will have less chance of leading him to learn bad habits.

No problem with WH fans and always had a soft spot for the team until Fat Sam came along. He and Nolan I detest.

Well there is divided opinion from Hammers fans about Big Fat Sam, on the one hand he has got us really solid at the back, but the style has gone out of the game, question is do we stay up being solid or go and attacked every team and get stuffed and relegated ?
Nolan is a player you love or hate, when he is good he is on fire but sometimes he goes missing and really winds the fans up, he had a bad spell around Christmas but now he really is on fire

So I guess its a case of horses for courses so to speak

That is the problem with Hammers fans though. All we used to hear is the style of football the Hammers play. Then in the Championship it was how a massive club should be whipping all these tiny infidels, then it's BFS just to keep you in the Prem, Now another season of 'BFS to keep us in the Prem'. You will have to get rid of him to do anything but stagnate and he will still be pocketing his cut from his harem of players when he's gone.

I'm normally quite calm and cheerful but seeing West Ham appear on the top of the forum seems to have sent me over the edge.

I think a 2-2 draw is on the cards unless Lovren is fitter than expected and Cork is played in preference to Wanyama then I'd go for 0-3 to Saints If they do play youngsters up front probably draw 0-0 or sneak it 0.1.

    Just can't see Saints losing.

Imp every one of us would love to see our teams playing like Barcelona but we don't have money to buy those types of players neither do most teams.

What really annoys me is teams that buy the title ala Chelski, Man Utd , Man City, THEY BOUGHT IT PLAIN AND SIMPLE just because they have the money to buy any player in the world, The last team to win the title "fairly" was Blackburn who spent relatively little

Well we don't do much of the former, so I reckon it might just work doing the latter, as it hasn't hurt us... if only BFS would try it. :p

Well despite all the long ball stuff you read, we have only scored one goal from a header this season, you guys might be surprised how much we keep it on the ground especially out wide, it does get lumped upfield from the back a bit but in the opposition half its all on the ground

Ha, Ha. Blackburn were the original 'buy the title' team. That is a shocking statement. You could say Leeds at a push. TBH I think Man U have won it 'fairly'. You could say its unfair that they are the biggest team in the world but the fact is they spend more because their revenue is more. Arsenal too.

I agree entirely r.e. Chelski and Man City. I have always supported the English team in Europe as if they were England itself. But I wasn't really bothered whether Chelsea win or not, nor last night was I bothered.

What has that got to do with Hammers going with the company line of 'BFS to keep us in the Prem though?' There are loads of teams that are in the Prem trying to steer clear of relagation, and not many are hoofing it up to the big man. Hammers fans talk about it as the only option without spending money. The good news is once you've got rid of BFS Pulis may be available. The new improved advanced version of the anti-football manager :)

Well, he's filled your squad with cloggers, so he can't play any other way now. I'm sure you'll stay up but you've got another few years of dross (compared with the traditional West Ham style) to look forward to.

Surprisingly few, mainly tap ins from low crosses fizzed in by Downing and Jarvis

Fizzed in lol. With the players named being Downing and Jarvis then we can safely assume they were supposed to be in the air but were scuffed.

We'll have your postcount doubled by the end of the day.

You seem to miss the point Imp, we have had NO ONE to cross too ! Carroll has only played in 3 games since the start of the season, Maiga was dross and is Now at QPR, and good old Carlton Cole just gets battered from pillar to post in the air so we have had to keep it low for the likes of Nolan and Noble etc to get in on.
At least when Carroll gets back we will actually have a genuine target to aim for !

    uh, uh. *shakes head*

I've seen you three times myself at our place and I can tell you that they have been the worst display of negativity I have seen from any team. I don't read about how you play, I watched it.

In the Championship season, it was the games I was looking forward to most and I have never (in all 3 games) seen any team "hook it on blindly" as much as your lot. Like Lamballana said above Hammerman, I used to really be fond of West Ham, but not while that man and his gang are in town.

At our place, you rarely had anyone over the half way line.
