An English team won it two years ago. In fact English teams have won three out of the last ten I think and had three teams beaten in the final as well. Four teams to have made the final from England and three winners. Not too shabby when you actually think about it. And then there's your lot.

I just hope we dont get rammed with all this pro Barca ****ty hperbole again. People go on about them being the best club side ever yet theyve never even retained the ****ing thing. Until they do that, or match Milan's 5 finals in 7 years in the modern era, then they cant be called anything of the kind in my eyes.

Where did I say they 'werent a great team'? I said they're not the best club side ever, which loads of media - particularly Sky who, quell surprise have La Liga rights - continually claim. I'll stand by that in a discussion with anyone.
Barca are exquisite, how many teams could play a side like Man City away and make it look like a training exercise, easy, confident, relaxed. None. There is not a team that can use the ball anywhere close to the standard Barca do.
No doubt they are a brilliant side but the w**k fest that surrounds them gets on my tit end. Tyldesley's commentary last night was a prime example. 'They pass the ball in areas where other teams simply wouldn't dare such is their confidence' Silly ****. It was nil nil at the time and they hadn't had a shot on goal.
I knew you'd say that, they weren't a comfortable side who turned up for training though were they. They were a direct side who ploughed into Barca's weak defence, and battered down the gates. It's not like Bayern were just standing about on the edge of Barca's box very comfortably in possession, playing as if it took as much effort as lifting a finger, the fact they battered Barca is irrelevant, as the point I was making is no team can just keep the ball so easily, anywhere on the pitch, as if there was no opposition.
