Well, they do say that you have to kiss a lot of frogs..... And there is something a bit frog-like about Gus....

 

Many years ago I was listening to a BBC radio commentary on the France v Scotland Rugby World Cup match with Bill McClaren as the commentator. At the end of the match, which the French won, he thus described the final scene as "I've never seen so many Frenchmen kissing and cuddling each other!" Absolutely brilliant from a much missed and fantastic broadcaster.

This embrace is mild by comparison!!
