Alot of people claim to have had 'paranormal' experiences, for example i was at work a few months back, the restauraunt i look after uses small logs by the entrance as part of the decor. One night when i was on my own i saw one of them fly across the room out of the corner of my eye and land on the floor, needless to say i **** myself.
Not the most chilling story ever told but im wandering has anyone else got a tale to tell?

Do you realise that amongst the millions already spent on paranormal research, there is NO EVIDENCE for anything weird, shame really as it would be quite fun.

My grandmother died when I was 7. Within the next couple of weeks myself, my mother and my aunt were "visited" by her on seperate occasions. My experience was when I woke up in the middle of the night feeling thirsty, I got out of bed to get a drink and there she was in the bedroom. She held out her hand to me and called me "dear". I jumped back into bed and pulled the covers over my head, by the time I plucked up the courage to poke my head out, she had gone. My mother and aunt had similar experiences.

I can only assume that we all had the same lucid dream.

I don't see floating objects, but I have often seen a friend of mine who died some years ago in my bedroom. It was scary at first, but not anymore.

Is that because you killed him and stuffed him in your wardrobe for future use?!

It's typically human to form an explanation for everything even when you are not well placed to do so. There is something you can not explain so you immediately fill it with a ghost, or god when it's almost certain to be neither.

Why is it "almost certain" if you have just admitted you don't know?

Let's not get into this argument that inability to disprove is evidence of existence. You are correct though, I do not know but I don't need to make something up to fill the gap.

I took a **** one time. I distinctly remember it hitting the water. When I looked, there was nothing there. I know what your thinking - it went right round the u-bend. But when I wiped, a blank.

    Ghost ****.

It wasn't my intention to get into an argument, I just thought it was a strange choice of words you used.
