The "handball" was clearly all to hand and his hand was not even close to being in a unnatural position. Would have been a stupid decision.
For me the fact that his hand is so high in the air makes it a good penalty shout. It isn't kicked ath I'm from very short range there is a decent gap between the two players and he jumps into the air meaning his hand despitea being by his side is still the brown in the way of then all. Not saying it's an 100% penalty! but that the decisions went there way when it could have made a real difference to the result. The only decisions against city where the small ones (granted it happened a lot in the first half in particular) but the big decisions went for city. As for the demichellis tackle it was in the box and he was the last man, not much that could be done about it. And there was the onside goal that was disallowed.
