How are they overrated? They have a deserved lead against City, and are top of the league in Spain, and in a cup final too. There's nothing overrated or overhyped about Barca, if Barca are overrated, than what are Arsenal compared to them, who haven't achieved anything close to what they have done in the past few years, yet you call Arsenal 'elite' even though in your own words you don't really care about 2morow's huge game against Munich, so much for being elite. So Arsenal are elite for you, but Barca are overhyped.
Barca haven't been spectacular, but are still winning this so far, when Arsenal can do the same at City, the team that buttf**ked us 6-3 (lucky they didn't score 8 or 10), then maybe we can start insulting and putting Barca down.
And it's 2-0 to Barca. , I'd take that any day for being 'overrated' and 'over hyped' over 'elite' Arsenal getting thrashed 6-3 by City, but it's Barca that are over rated and over hyped, lol.
It's obvious they need 200 million, 100 million hasn't been working for them. But this loss comes not too soon after Chelsea also beat City at home, with City failing to score in both, such results are bound to effect that invincible home aura City have been carrying, and that's good for us.
For the money they have invested, the reward has not been great has it? One Fa cup and one League title and for the most part they have been ****e in the CL. PSG for example have progressed and impressed more than City in the CL.
I'm not going to gloat, as chances are we're going to be made to look awful tomorrow night, but i'm so ****ing sick of the Barca bumming from pundits etc. They're a bunch of cowardly diving vanilla midgets
Yeah right. Thev'e only won a shed load of trophies in last 6-7 years and reached at least the Semi-final of the CL for the last 6 years!!!!!!! What have Arsenal done in that time??
We've had a lot of boardroom meetings with a lot of biscuits. Occasionally we play a match. But I'd take biscuits over trophies anyday.

Anyways, most Arsenal fans here I don't believe think Barca are overrated or overhyped, so don't beat us with a stick. Barca are a great team right now, they might not be at where they were a few seasons back, but they're still bloody fantastic, and the only reason they aren't the best team in the world, is because bloody Bayern Munich have been so dominant and strong.
Barca were decent enough today. But Bayern are still the best and if those two come up against each other then Barca would be in for another trashing, IMO.
I'll be over the f**king moon if FC Halifax town get anywhere near the top4 this season, trust me. We can't beat a bloody pub team away from home EDIT: We are great at home though
Every time I watch city play they get a handful of very lucky big decisions go there way that could have a serious effect on the game. The handball with no penalty given and what is becoming the customary disallowed offside onside goal for city when fabregas was onside. Barca may have won several little free kicks but that happens in Europe, the big game changing decisions went city's way or it could have ended 3 or 4 nil. Thought hart was poor for the second goal as well. It's not even that city played really poorly, they didn't play that badly and a few of there players had really solid games, but they where the worse of the teams and barca showed a lethal edge.
