From the BBC: Yeovil defender Liam Davis (toe) and striker Sam Hoskins (groin) are both unlikely to feature. The Glovers will hope to pick up their first three points at home since the 1-0 win over Blackpool on 3 December. Watford's Samba Diakite saw red in the 1-0 victory over Middlesbrough and starts a three-match suspension. Defender Lloyd Doyley (calf) is a doubt, while Lewis McGugan (thigh), Almen Abdi (foot) and Fitz Hall (Achilles) remain sidelined. MATCH FACTS The Glovers have mustered just one win in their last 11 league games (D3 L7). Watford have drawn seven of their last eight away from Vicarage Road in the league (L1). Yeovil have found the net just four times between the 46th and 75th minute this season, fewer than any other Championship side. Watford have fired in a joint league-high of 10 goals in the opening 15 minutes this campaign (along with Reading). The Glovers have picked up the fewest number of points at home of any Championship side - 9 (W2 D3 L9). Watford's last five away league games have seen both teams score, with four of these contests ending in draws (L1). http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sport/watfordfc/watfordfcnews/11016719.Almunia_fit_for_Yeovil_trip/ http://www.westerngazette.co.uk/Yeo...n-Palazuelos/story-20644151-detail/story.html Comments welcome, enjoy the game! Nice one Mex - 5*'s from me. Will be a difficult challenge, but I am going for my favourite 3-1 Watford won, with FF getting a brace.
Don't you just love our record against Yeovil. 0% win rate 0% draw rate 100% lose rate Never scored against them ever Concede an average of 3 goals per game. Does the law of averages come into effect here? I hope so.
Watford say experienced goalkeeper Manuel Almunia is fit ahead of tomorrow's game at Yeovil Town. Almunia missed Saturday's 1-0 win over Middlesbrough with a calf injury but the Hornets have today confirmed he is fit again. Joel Ekstrand is also said to be available following his knee injury and likewise fellow centre back Essaid Belkalem and striker Mathias Ranegie. Lloyd Doyley is doubtful with the calf problem which forced him off at half-time at the weekend and Fitz Hall is still out with an Achilles injury. Lewis McGugan (thigh) and Almen Abdi (foot) also remain sidelined and Samba Diakite is serving the first game of his three-match ban.
I'd like to see what Mathias Ranegie and Park are all about. Give FF or TD a rest and Park and Ranegie a half each...
Maybe we will if the season if "over" but Bepe will want to play the strongest side and so will the fans..
Now it's hail the size of marbles, lightning, vry black clouds and the lane outside is a torrent. I hope it's not heading for Somerset.
Watford have told their fans that they can travel to Yeovil Town with confidence after receiving assurances from the Glovers. The Huish Park pitch was covered overnight and with no significant rain expected, the match should go ahead.
I am not convinced tonight's game is online - think it might just be left there from the postponed sky game on NYDs.
