    Anyone seen the Dracula film he's in? Shocking!

    He used to play the bass in a band, so he's cool to me.

    I watched that K-19 Widowmaker today. Kathryn Bigelow did that aswell. Awful awful film. Harrison ford, trying an eastern european accent *Cringe*

    Keanu Reeves is terrible. Great doing things like Bill and Ted because .. well he was made for the role but other than that! I think his performance in Bram Stokers Dracula has to go down as one of the worst in cinema history.

    Edit: Sorry AH didn't see your post. But as you can see I agree with you re Dracula! <laugh>

    I could do good coursework if I wanted to, at AS i pulled out some A grade English coursework :D But in school I was always 'that quiet bright lad who is a lazy motherfucker'. Exams I was usually pretty good, only think i've ever had 2 bad exams and they were Economics which I thought i'd done amazing in <laugh> Results day brought up me scraping 2 E's.

    And really? I had one teacher sacked for downloading porn at school, another sacked for getting her tits out for Cosmo and another sacked for posing on a gay porn site. Eventful school.

    I wish I had degree work to do!

    Oh and just need an Anti Crown sig now ;)

    Yes!! Terrible film. Had to watch it in A Level English as I was studying the Gothic, horrible cringe worthy performance by Reeves!
    Gary Oldman in it too, disappointed!

    2010 film, actually worth the watch... Travolta is quite funny in it.. It's an action film...

    Like you say awful film. Shame because it is a great story and could/should have been great.

    Didn't think the Hurt Locker lived up to all the hype either myself. Was good but not that good. Certainly not Oscar for best film material.

    Exactly! And may I take the time to say I'm a bass player at heart ;) Had many people come up to me after gigs to congratulate me on my playing ;) Always a good thing. Your mates chanting your name is always a good thing -- possibly not in the middle of a tricky little bass solo though!!

    <laugh> haha, yep that's me too! we're all the same I think <laugh>

    haha that sounds mental. there used to be a head teacher who stole all the schools money and left, after installing a shower in his office <laugh>
    A teacher who dated a student, and some mental schizo guy who set fire to the art department!


    No you don't! Weekly essays!! Not good, only in first year too! I enjoy English, but not to THAT extent! haha

    Yeh, thats why I watched it. The story behind it is good. Just a shame about the film. Probably the first film in which Liam Neeson has been **** aswell.

    Aah ... brain freeze! Yes I have seen it and yes he is quite good in it. Its the one with the Islamic terrorists and the surprising ending which I won't go into in case any of the others haven't seen it yet. :)

    Always nice to find a fellow bass enthusiast. I treat myself to an Fender American Deluxe Jazz bass last month. It has become my new love. So much so my girlfriend has actually shown signs of jealousy haha.

    I dont mean to brag, but I can play The Chain and National Anthem by Fleetwood Mac and Radiohead rather well. Wasted numerous break times at school trying to perfect them.

    <laugh> We all thought it was great our school being in national newspapers!

    You gotta love the eventful school life!

    I know i'm work shy and i never thought i'd say this... but i miss education :( would love to have to do an essay or 2 <laugh>

    Blimey that is a job and a half ... trying to pick a Tom Cruise performance to nominate for worst performance in cinema history.

    Where do I start ... The Last Samurai, Top Gun, Cocktail, The Colour of Money, War of the Worlds, Jerry Maguire ... and i've probably forgotten loads. Take your pick they were all awful and he was acted off the screen by the scenery. Terrible terrible actor.

    I will nominate The Last Samurai though.

    I would say Days of Thunder. Infact, I could class that as one of the worst films ever, but it's saved cos Tangerine Dream's Love on a Real Train is used in it.
