Well yeah, with Tarantino you get comedy music with slapstick killing/murdering.

But Christoph Waltz was pretty damn good in that film though, just a shame the storyline was so wacky.

It just for the rape scene really, it provokes emotion which no other film can, it's like you're there but can't do anything about it..

Yeah I saw it years ago, got a copy lying around somewhere and been meaning to watch it again. In answer to the other question yes it stars Monica Bellucci and Vincent Cassel. It is pretty disturbing and the rape scene is very brutal. It is also similar to Memento in its construction in that much of it happens out of chronological order. Worth a watch for sure!

Ah sure we're used to a bit of that kind of violence, but we're not used to a bit of rape.

I can never take John Travolta seriously in it though. Not after seeing him fannying about in bloody Grease.

Only got a B at GCSE too, was mortified with that too if I'm honest. All A*'s on coursework.
    Maybe I shoulda revised <laugh>
Only got one A in GCSE -- that was in music. All I did was piss about on guitars, but boy could I play a mean ass A-grade version of Johnny B Goode <diva>

Not good considering I was predicted all A's throughout most things...
