We won't come & park the bus, it's not Martinez style.

We'll come & have a go at trying to win the game, which whilst laudable, might not be the most pragmatic approach.

We'll need to score to get anything out of the game imo.

^ like those 'tweets' are from Evertonians you dolt.

Seamus is our player of the season

In any case what has that got to do with kopites wishing cancer on Webb? #notforthefirsttime
& I'd pipe down about 'racist' abuse from fans btw......given your recent past in that regard

Exactly, there are morons on twitter. The tweets were investigated by EFC btw. They were 2012 of course no one is abusing him now <doh>

So your pointless derail from a joke about games being worth 3 points to a tasteless tweet served nothing but your #bitter hatred of LFC.

Given that you (a plastic kopite) posted that twitter faux pas, on a Chelsea message board, in a thread about their upcoming game with EFC & are now proclaiming (without a hint of irony) that the subsequent exchange with me, somehow shows my hatred of LFC. Is a prime example of why you're the biggest t**t on this forum <laugh>

All I know is that 2 ex pros recently detailed abuse they received on Twitter from the 'fans' of a club from Liverpool...and it wasn't Everton!!

All clubs have their morons / the over senstive, one seems to have more than most though.

    Is right mate.

tbf most of the 'proper' reds are fine, it's the plastic, RAWK generation that we're talking about here.

    They're a cult.

Just the mere mention of that site makes me cringe. Though I did enjoy reading their topics on our games with Barceona and Bayern Munich. Some absolute gems posted in there.

Absolutely awful half again. Why oh why do so many of our players want to try and walk the ball in, take a shot for crying out loud. Only players wanting to shoot are Azpilicueta and Ivanovic, that's just great. Everton unlucky to still be level

We've been the better side in that first half, but have nothing to show for it.

I can't see Chelsea being as poor in the 2nd half after Maureen has ripped into them

    Agreed.

If you could have taken advantage in the first half, as you were without doubt the better team, you would be favourites to see it out.

I now see this a slim 1-0 to Chelsea <ok>

Personally I'd like a draw. A score draw would be nice, for the finances!

Oscar off Ramieres (sp?) - good sub, as I think the extra energy is needed.

Personally I'd have hauled Lampard off and kept Oscar on.

Gone over easy there, I'll take it with both hands though.

Torres needs the boot ASAP. Worst striker I've ever seen.

Why Schurrle has been benched for so long I do not know, at leasts shows attacking intent. Ah there it is, he wants to attack so he must be on the bench.

Ramires gave us energy, and Oscar was woeful.

Luiz, Schurrle and Ramires would all start for me on Wednesday.

Agree with jcc87 schurrle definatley deserves a run out his pace and directness is what we need these days and drogs is right too, but i feel we need to get rid of all our strikers and start again!! Never have CFC had such an impotent front line in all my life...

That was harsh on Everton, lads! :bandit:

Kudos to Chelsea, though, they kept going until the final whistle and got their just deserts!

Think Oscar had a knock so that's why he came off. At least that's what i read anyway, could play through the pain but Jose didn't wanna risk him for the rest of the game.

Rami changed the game when he came on and gave us much more energy and it was no surprise he was heavily involved for the goal. We had an awful lot more shots than them but i don't think we could've complained at a draw tbf. Nice to see a team come and play too, always admired for Martinez for that. Will take some beatings but always plays the "right way".

One thing i'm noticing the more i watch us though and that i don't think there is a better full back in the league than Azpilicueta. Absolutely wonderful player and he's even playing out of position!
