Anyone seen 'The King's Speech'? I've rented it and not yet watched it, is it actually any good or am i likely to be disappointed?

I'm sure an hour or two with Girlzilla will help you to sleep better.

Last night i fell asleep just after 4, had to be up at 6 to be in work for 7... not good, ended up falling asleep for 5 hours this afternoon.

As well when I worked Thursday 7am starts, i'd often go clubbing the Wednesday night <ok> Not advisable.

Has anyone ever watched Brazil with Jonathon Pryce? I watched it last week, one of the most peculiar, but intriguing films I've ever seen.

No trouble with megavideo tonight, think ToonSi's suggestion to 'work offline' to get around the system works.

Would I be wrong to think of you as the main culprit for the 'we dont need crowns' tag? <laugh>

I enjoyed it! Slightly funny too, which I wasnt expecting.

Are they actually remaking it? I thought the Speilberg/Smith idea got canned?

You sound like me :) I'm turning more and more to older films (pre 1960's) and to world cinema. Better standard of script, plot and acting in general I find. CGI is killing modern cinema, they spend so much time making realistic looking monsters and explosions they forget to build in a storyline.

  14. I used to hate doing my paper rounds as a kid. 6am start finishing at 7.30am, then i'd get in, have a shower, get my breakfast and have to be out by 8.
