Yeah, they've done a real good job since going down to 10. Christ, hell of a strike from Barton there.
They don't have to. The "emergency" thing only applies in the Premier League. In the lower leagues there are loan windows. QPR could, in theory, bring van Persie in on loan just because he's a really good player.
Question: That MOTM football that is presented. Is it a traditional brown 12 panel leather football..?
During the match earlier the commentator said that they hadn't brought Morrison in yet as the length of emergency loan allowed wouldn't take them to the end of the play-offs. Is it possible they have used all the loans that they are allowed?
To be fair, not a twitch in sight. Just a few blinks and a change of head direction. Fair play Harry.
Now that it is looking likely Leicester will get promoted I hope when we play them at st Mary's that Dean Hammond plays so we show our apprehension of his hard work in our promotion years....shame he didn't get the chance in the prem with us.
All loans made after the transfer deadline are classed as 'emergency loans', and those are limited to a maximum of three months (93 days). Were he to go on loan now, I believe that he'd be available for both legs of a playoff semifinal, but his loan would expire a little more than a week before the Wembley final, should they advance that far.
It's the fact that they even need him on loan that makes me chuckle. With their current squad, they should be sitting pretty in the automatic promotion places, comfortably clear of the play-offs. Poor old Harry...
