    Poch should feel ashamed with himself. Did he not think that taking Saints to an FA Cup final could have looked quite good on his CV? Fuming that we've become another side to disregard the cup. Can't wait to see who will finish 7th.

    Having a sense of perspective doesn't mean we don't care. I was gutted to see the team and knew we were in trouble. This was a big chance for us, but wasn't nailed on. It's not like we refused to turn up for the final. This is a good season with lots to go...so I don't feel suicidal.

    You need to carm down, your blood pressure must be crazy. We lost, we played crap accept it. It doesn't matter who Sunderland have in the next round as we aren't in it.
