Nope he thinks Lampard is England's best player currently, Gerrard was the best midfielder in the world for 3 seasons, whilst Scholes is the best player he has ever played against (and he's played against all 3)

Scholes>Gerrard>Lampard

That would be the order that I would rate them in too

 

No comparison in what Zidane said about Gerrard/Lampard, he said Lampard is the best player for his country but said Gerrard was the best in the world at one point in his career, you don't read much into it because England isn't the world and Lampard has never been the best in it.

I have three opinions.

Paul Scholes was immense.
