As a response to the OP and general conversation of the thread, I find that the vast majority of those who cry poverty and can't make the cup games, still manage a night out on the lash or 3 bottles of wine on the weekend with the missus. Don't buy that 20 quid is too much for any more than 3 or 4 thousand, it's that they simply don't want to spend their money on going to the match. Obviously those who incur other costs going to games such as travel are above this.
At last. someone with a bit of common sense ......... fancy people being half hearted after the start we had and us putting our reserves out for a 5th round FA Cup tie. What a pack of useless bastards we are.

Speaking for me are you? I go out twice a year. Mine and our lasses birthdays. I work every Saturday and Most Friday and Sunday nights so don't speak where you don't have a clue about people. You're a mag looking for white on a matter that rally has **** all to do with you. For the record, if I had the lifestyle Smug has I wouldn't care who knows about it. But you have to remember, it'll cost him thousands to attend odd games, more than I can ver afford, good on him for doing well for himself and if he mentions flights and stuff it makes no difference to me as he's a genuine decent lad, unlike yourself

I can and often do, look at my latest threads and you'll see you're talking ****e. However, I do mention 'flights, contacts, money, or something similar' when it's relevant. Every single person, on here, posts from their point of view and their circumstances. What am I supposed to do, pretend I live in me gran's back bedroom in South Shields and sign on? I post the truth and whatever comes into my head. I fly back from Nice for games, what should I do, get the ****ing branch bus? I have contacts, so ****ing what, it's the truth and there are people who know me on here who don't get hysterical about me mentioning it. What should I do, tailor my comments to meet the sensibilities of a ****ing Newcastle supporter who can't find his own ****ing board? If you don't like my comments you could always just **** off and talk about your own club couldn't you?

I don't think it will drop below 40,000 pal. the 6 home games we got we will get over 40,000 in a least 4 of them.
