Boruc was training, I assume it's just like it has been all throughout the cup, Davis Number 1, Gazza backup. I wouldn't worry
If players really needed a rest I would have preferred them to have been rested against Hull. With two of the biggest sides left in going out this round it is a great opportunity to perhaps win the cup or at least get a trip to Wembley. Hopefully we have enough to get through and I guess we can bring players off the bench if required just would rather we got 4 up and then took them off!
The proof of the pudding is in the eating...perhaps Mauricio has a plan Pundits on BT saying that our team is more recognisable than Sunderland's...they think this is our chance to progress. Glad someone has confidence.
Ray Stubbs on BT Sport starts interview with Lallana by saying... "He plays on the left. He plays on the right. Adam Lallana, makes Messi look.... ordinary. How does that feel?" Adam sat there with big grin on his face.
Glad to see McQueen given a chance. Has has a few injury problem so hopefully he can take his chance if he comes on.
BT loves us. When we were on TV against Sunderland a month ago, David James said Boruc was in the top three keepers in the league. Steve McManaman also hugely backed us.
Neil Warnock said he'd definitely take Lallana to the World Cup and thinks he's a better options than any of the wide-men who are discussed.
Warnock now gushing over Lambert. Says he was surprised that Saints paid £1m but the guy is a manager's dream and a real leader.
I think our team is set up better then Sunderland's. There are some players who ideally wouldn't be in the first team (KDavis, Guly, Jos), but it's still a strong team with a clear gameplan.
